Welcome to Telly. By using our mobile applications or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. User-Generated Content & Code of Conduct (Apple Guideline 1.2)

Telly is a community for passionate television discussion and friendly debate. To ensure a safe, welcoming environment:

No Harassment or Hate Speech: You may not attack, harass, threaten, or demean other users based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or personal tastes.
Spoiler Masking Requirement: You must use the in-app "Tag as Spoiler" tool when discussing major plot twists, character deaths, or finale revelations. Unmarked spoilers will be masked by moderators or removed.
Reporting & Blocking: Every review and comment features a 1-tap "Report Content" button. You can block any user at any time, which immediately removes their content from your feeds and prevents them from interacting with you.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior. Violations will result in immediate content removal, account timeouts, or permanent termination.

Show Metadata & Imagery: Posters, stills, and show summaries are provided under license by TMDB and copyright holders. Telly claims no ownership over external TV assets.
Your Content: You retain ownership over reviews, comments, and rankings you publish on Telly, granting us a non-exclusive license to display them within the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time via in-app Settings.
Optional Telly Pro subscriptions are billed via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing and can be managed directly through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
